Teignbridge residents pledged on average 4 hours a week to their local sports clubs at grassroots level at the Volunteer Centre stall during the Olympic Torch Celebrations.
This includes activities such as coaching, managing, washing the kit, fundraising,
leading walks, preparing pitches, refereeing, driving and much, much more.
